Comfy bra

I chose this bra because of the advertised medium support, however the label on the garment states light support. They are ok for hiking and walking, but you wouldn't want to get more physical than that. You get better support and lift when wearing the inserts, but they do get sweaty and don't dry as quick. The bra material is nice against your skin though, and even when it gets sweaty, you don't get that damp feel like other fabrics. Quick drying too. I'd recommend this bra for low impact activities.

Best investment!

This merino sports bra is a game changer! Super comfy and doesn’t get all smelly after a day skiing. Would highly recommend!

Next level comfort

I started using these bras for hiking. So comfortable and can be worn for days and don’t stink. I wear a large and didn’t think I would be comfortable wearing a fabric only bra while exercising, I wouldn’t run in it but it works really well when hiking with a pack. You don’t get any irritation from an underwire or more typical tight strapped/clipped sports bra rubbing against your pack straps. I’ve bought a few now and tend to wear them most days, even to work as they are just much more enjoyable to wear and give me plenty of support.
